Jennifer DiMotta has spent 25+ years building, operating, and scaling businesses. Today, that experience helps shape how Uprisors works with founders and leadership teams to build businesses that are easier to run, more profitable to own, and less dependent on the founder.
Jennifer knows what it means to be responsible for the business because she’s been responsible for the business.
Every promotion, every opportunity, every seat at the table was earned. And it wasn’t easy. Not because I wasn’t capable, but because there was no clear playbook. I had to figure it out as I went, learning how to navigate rooms where I wasn’t expected, how to deliver results that couldn’t be ignored, and how to lead when the stakes were real.
Over time, I started to see patterns. What actually drove growth. What quietly broke businesses. Why some leaders kept moving up while others stalled out. I wasn’t calling it a framework back then. I was just doing the work, solving problems, and getting better every time I stepped into a bigger role.
Across 18 years and 7 businesses, that experience turned into something more. A playbook. Not built from theory, but from execution. From scaling companies, leading teams accountable for real revenue and margin, and fixing what wasn’t working under real pressure.
I’ve led transformations across every part of a business. Not just one function. All of it. I’ve built financial plans from the ground up, detailed, disciplined, and tied directly to how the business actually performs. I’ve designed leadership teams and org structures that don’t just look good on paper, but actually drive accountability and results. I’ve set vision and strategy grounded in real data and sharpened by creativity. And I’ve built the operational cadence that makes it all work, the rhythms, expectations, and accountability systems that turn strategy into execution.
Along the way, I’ve built strong cultures, developed A-level leaders, and created businesses that don’t just grow, but grow with structure, clarity, and control.
The same issues showed up again and again. Lack of clarity. Weak structure. Misaligned teams. Decisions made without the right data. And once you see it enough times, you stop guessing. You know where to look. You know what’s off. And you know how to fix it.
At some point, I had a shift. Building 7 successful businesses wasn’t the goal. It was just the beginning. Because what I had built wasn’t just experience. It was a repeatable way to create clarity, build structure, and drive real, profitable growth. And keeping that inside a handful of companies didn’t make sense.
The real opportunity was bigger. 700 businesses.
That’s why Uprisors exists.
Too many founders and leaders are figuring this out the hard way. Spending time, spending money, pushing harder than they should have to, without the structure to actually support growth. And for women, it’s even harder. Fewer seats. Less access. More to prove. I know that firsthand. And I’m not here to talk about it. I’m here to change it.
I believe you don’t need more ideas or more noise. You need clarity on what actually matters, structure that supports growth, and the ability to execute without second guessing everything. That’s what I built. That’s what I refined. And that’s what I bring to every founder I work with.
This isn’t about building another business.
It’s about building businesses that actually work.
At scale. With clarity. With control.
And making sure more founders, especially women, don’t have to figure it out the hard way.
If you’re ready to stop figuring it out the hard way and start building with clarity…
Years spent building, operating, and scaling businesses shaped how Jennifer learned to see the whole business, not just the problem in front of her. Those lessons became part of the foundation for how Uprisors works today.
Today, Uprisors looks across four connected areas of the business.
Building strategies that create differentiation, direction, execution, and scalable growth.
Understanding the numbers that drive performance, profitability, forecasting, and better decisions.
Building systems, processes, accountability, and operating structures that allow businesses to scale.
Building leadership teams, organizational structures, ownership, and cultures capable of carrying a growing business forward.
Jennifer didn’t build Uprisors around business theory. The approach was shaped through years of operating businesses, recognizing patterns, solving problems, and learning what actually moves a company forward. Working alongside other founders has continued to test and refine that thinking.
