I’ve led transformations across every part of a business. Not just one function. All of it. I’ve built financial plans from the ground up, detailed, disciplined, and tied directly to how the business actually performs. I’ve designed leadership teams and org structures that don’t just look good on paper, but actually drive accountability and results. I’ve set vision and strategy grounded in real data and sharpened by creativity. And I’ve built the operational cadence that makes it all work, the rhythms, expectations, and accountability systems that turn strategy into execution.

Along the way, I’ve built strong cultures, developed A-level leaders, and created businesses that don’t just grow, but grow with structure, clarity, and control.

The same issues showed up again and again. Lack of clarity. Weak structure. Misaligned teams. Decisions made without the right data. And once you see it enough times, you stop guessing. You know where to look. You know what’s off. And you know how to fix it.

At some point, I had a shift. Building 7 successful businesses wasn’t the goal. It was just the beginning. Because what I had built wasn’t just experience. It was a repeatable way to create clarity, build structure, and drive real, profitable growth. And keeping that inside a handful of companies didn’t make sense.
