Before she became a Chief Officer of a $22B retailer, before she became Colorado's Most Powerful and Influential Woman and before she become the youngest female to join two public boards, there was just Jennifer. A single mom working day and night in entry level jobs and night school to get her degree. 

Jennifer desired recognition. 

Desired a path to get promoted. 

Desired knowing what it takes to be a top executive. 

Then she joined a company at a VP Marketing status and they hired her a Leadership Coach. 

Then she built 50+ person teams back-to-back-to-back and lead them with her knowledge from her coach. 

Then she was asked to coach her team members. 

And her Leadership Coaching passion was born. 

Then she saw how poor health has dramatic impact on her clients ability to lead effectively and feel fulfilled. 

Then she created a new category, Leadership Wellness. A blend of leadership and health coaching.  

Then she saw how others didn't understand how to read a P&L, develop a strategic plan, or deliver an effective annual review. 

Uprisors was born. And our successful Signature program, Leadership Wellness in Business developed to empower, educate and elevate females at all levels in their career.
